Gold and olive-wood, Faith Hope and Love pen
Description
This pen is full of symbolism. “Faith” “Hope” and “Love” are cast into the center band and crosses around the upper band. The top of the pen also features a cross design. The clip has a Fleur-de-lis motif. The three petals of the Fleur-de-lis are associated with the Holy Trinity, while the lily itself hearkens to the references of Jesus being the “lily of the valley.” The main theme of the pen is the virtues of Faith, Hope and Love. Around the cap and the band, the braided rope design also reflects on the trinity. In addition, three strands braided into a rope make something much stronger than the individual strands. The wood used in this pen is Bethlehem olive wood.
