Brief devotional thoughts
The message of Christ is in essence that this glorious, exalted God really does think about us. And, what He thinks is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
If you don’t have a peace about it, it’s probably not the best course of action.
The lavish grace of a loving God elicits an overflowing response of gratitude and thanksgiving.
Christians have much to be grateful for. Our gratitude should overflow in outspoken thankfulness to God.
Once upon a time…. Well, no. Right now, in this time. There is a Kingdom. Strong, established, and unshakeable. And it’s ours.
Learning to be thankful can at the same time free us from having to follow a set of rules, and enable us to live up to a higher standard of righteousness.
Glorify Him as God, and be thankful.
Start where you are. Give thanks.
